A Peruvian company that owns a land of 20,313.90 square meters, located in San Martin province (with potable water, sewerage and electricity supply) is searching for a strategic partner, with experience in real estate and capital ventures, in order to develop a project of 152 single-family homes, under the Mi Vivienda program. It should be noted that there is currently a housing deficit in the San Martín Region. According to the 2007 Census, this province has a housing deficit of approximately 53,853 homes, which represents 33% of the total housing in the region. To date, 10 years later, construction has not grown at the rate of population growth in the region. According to the facts and figures shown by INEI (for the period 2010-2015) its growth was 1.52%. Therefore, the housing deficit has increased significantly.
