Castañeda Guzmán

Ph.D. in Government and Public Policy from IGGP at USMP, Master’s in Public Management from Universidad del Pacífico, Economist, Master’s in Project Management and Political Science from PUCP, graduate of the Governance Program at George Washington University (GWU), and specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in PM4R development projects.

He has studied Sociology, Innovation, Transformation, and Organizational Modeling at CEPAL/UN, ESAN, Universidad de Lima, and IBM. From 2000 to 2012, he was a Reengineering consultant for LIEBHERR in Nenzing-Austria, Barcelona-Spain, IBM in Sterling Forest, New York, and Microsoft Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, USA, working in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Mexico, and Venezuela.

He has over 20 years of experience in technological development and innovation projects, during which he has researched, taught, and published on: Macro-Organization Theory and State Transformation. The latter is being published by Editorial Norma in Bogotá, Colombia.
