Through RIN, members can channel business opportunities—including company or business unit acquisitions and sales, financing searches, or the identification of business partners—into the organization. These opportunities are reviewed by RIN and its members with expertise across different market sectors. Once properly structured, they are promoted and positioned in the market through RIN’s network of contacts.

This model enables synergistic participation: the member who introduces the opportunity, those who contribute to its evaluation, and those who assist in its placement all benefit, with success fees managed by RIN under agreements previously negotiated with the opportunity owner.

In that sense, RIN provides its members with a structured system for business and corporate intermediation, designed as a complementary activity to the core roles we perform every day in the market — whether as entrepreneurs, senior executives, or consultants. In doing so, we harness our networks and expertise to serve a shared purpose.

In addition, RIN aims to foster the development of a strong, dynamic, and international business community that inspires all its members—regardless of sector, industry, or geography—to actively generate cross-references, supporting the growth of the core activities we pursue on a daily basis.

To this end, RIN sets clear participation guidelines, offers both virtual and in-person networking spaces, and provides its members with technological tools to monitor and track the references exchanged within the network.

The core characteristics shared by our associate members can be summarized as follows:

1

They are good recipients of business opportunities.

2

They are good connectors of business opportunities

3

They have developed a strong network of business contacts both locally and internationally.

4

They have specific knowledge in one or several economic sectors.

Among our members are not only entrepreneurs, senior executives, and leading consultants, but also representatives of business associations as well as former high-ranking government officials.
