A Peruvian professional with extensive experience in management accounting and business leadership, she has served for ten years as Managing Partner of Contabilidad Financiera, a firm specializing in accounting and financial services. Her approach centers on innovation and continuous learning as keys to business success.
She began her career in financial auditing at KPMG and subsequently worked at other international firms, including Deloitte, Firth Industries, and Philip Morris.
She holds an MBA and diplomas in taxation and finance, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Administration.
She actively participates in institutions and events that promote leadership and female empowerment in the business world, such as the Gathering of Businesswomen and Entrepreneurs organized by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, among others.
Additionally, Rossana contributes to academia as the coordinator of the “Introduction to Management Accounting” course at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), where she emphasizes the importance of management information systems in strategic decision-making. She also teaches at other universities and serves as a thesis advisor and jury member.
Her commitment to education and professional development positions her as an influential leader in Peru’s accounting and finance sector.
