The M&A Committee is one of the working bodies within RIN responsible for evaluating business opportunities presented by an associate member or partner entity in order to determine whether the opportunity is properly structured and ready for intermediation (following the signing of a mandate contract between RIN and the owner of the opportunity), whether it requires prior structuring (based on consulting services that may be provided through RIN and its members), or whether it is still in an embryonic stage and not yet suitable for intermediation by our organization.

The committee is composed of six qualified members with expertise in financial, commercial, economic, and legal matters, who meet to evaluate information gathered by the commercial departments and previously submitted by an associate member. Additionally, depending on the sector to which the opportunity is related, specialized RIN members are invited to participate in the review to support the committee’s assessment.
